Case Study: In Progress
We’re building Mosier Luxury Homes an AI visibility program, in the open.
Mosier Luxury Homes, Austin, TX custom home builder
The company
Mosier builds some of Austin’s most difficult custom homes: steep hillside lots, structural steel, and rare materials like glass and stone block. That difficulty is the differentiator: it’s a harder job than a typical custom build, and it shows in the work. The reviews reflect it too.
The question we set out to answer: when someone asks an AI system for a luxury home builder in Austin, does Mosier show up?
The diagnosis
We ran 30 real buyer-style prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, things like “best luxury home builder in Austin” and “who should I hire for a hillside lot build,” and measured three things for each: was Mosier mentioned, was Mosier cited (linked back to their own site, not just a directory), and what sources fed the answer.
That baseline is what’s guiding the program now. We’re not publishing the numbers as a proof point yet, that comes once the program is finished and we’ve re-measured against it.
The program
The same three-phase AEO methodology we use on every engagement.
01
Technical Foundation
Get Findable
Clean semantic HTML, structured data, sitemaps, and fast pages: the baseline AI systems need to read and trust a site at all.
02
Owned Authority
Tell the Story
Project pages, case studies, and content that actually answers the questions buyers (and AI systems) are asking.
03
Earned Authority
Get Referenced
Listicles, directories, press, and partner links: third-party sources that back up what the site says about itself.
Where this stands
This program is underway, not finished. We’re building the technical foundation and the content that make Mosier findable, plus a branded visibility dashboard to track the climb over time. We’ll update this page with real before-and-after numbers as the program progresses. We don’t publish results we haven’t actually measured.
